Introduction-
The purpose of organizing a Ladakh bike expedition goes beyond just riding motorcycles. It is planned to fulfill adventure, safety, experience.

This expedition is a high-altitude motorcycle adventure where you ride through some of the world’s highest roads, face extreme conditions, and experience unmatched natural beauty.

Destination Overview

  • Leh – Central base for rest, acclimatization, and local exploration. Visit monasteries, markets, and scenic viewpoints.
  • Khardung La Pass – One of the world’s highest motorable passes (~5,359 m); an iconic ride for adventure bikers.
  • Nubra Valley – Famous for sand dunes, double-humped camels, and wide river valleys.
  • Pangong Lake – A high-altitude lake (~4,350 m) with stunning blue waters, changing shades, and breathtaking scenery.
  • Hanle – A remote village known for its astronomical observatory and pristine landscapes.
  • Umling La Pass – One of the highest motorable passes in the world (~5,800 m); the ultimate riding challenge for adventure seekers.

Tour Plan

DAY 1 Manali Arrival
  • Today on arrival, please check-in to the hotel, freshen up your self and you are free to explore locally at your own.
  • In the evening please gather in the hotel for the briefing by our expert regarding the do’s and don’t in the trip and major important information to make your trip memorable.
DAY 2 MANALI TO SARCHU
  • Today after the breakfast we have to visit to sarchu. which is a key stretch of the ManaliLeh Highway. We will cross the ATAL TUNNEL and you’ll climb steadily toward Baralacha La, one of the highest passes on the route.
  • After Baralacha La, the road begins to descend toward Sarchu (4,290 meters), located on the border between Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir (Ladakh). Sarchu is a popular overnight stop for travelers heading to Leh
DAY 3 SARCHU TO LEH
  • Sarchu to Leh journey, which is the second leg of the famous Manali-Leh Highway. The first stretch after Sarchu takes you to Gata loops , which is also know as 21 hair pin band, Nakee La (4,740 m), followed by Lachulung La (5,059 m) and you will reach PANG.
  • After reaching Pang we will cross by Moore Plain a 50 kms long straight road stretch with plain terrain beside the roads and reach Tanglang-la. Once we cross tanglang-la we will reach Leh in the evening. Overnight stay at leh hotel.
DAY 4 LEH TO NUBRA
  • Today you will be driving through one of the most famous pass KHARDUNG-LA, which was the highest motorable road in the world till 2023. The drive includes a visit to the impressive Diskit Monastery.
  • In the evening we will reach Hunder the place of our today’s accommodation. After check-in to the campsite you can visit the Hunder and take a camel safari at your own.
DAY 5 NUBRA TO PANGONG
  • Start your day early in the morning, as today we have to the beautiful and remote Shyok River route.

  • Arrive at Pangong Tso, the famous highaltitude lake known for its ever-changing hues. Spend the evening admiring the stunning lake views and unwind at your lakeside camp.

  • Stay in cottages near Pangong Lake.

DAY 6 PANGONG TO HANLE
  • Today we will ride through the Changthang region, and we will have the lunch at RIZANG-LA war memorial in chushul and ride towards Umling La.
  • Today you will ride on the highest motorable road in the world. Umling La at an elevation of 5,640 metres. Reach Hanle, a quiet village home to one of the world’s highest observatories.
  • Stay in guesthouses or homestays in Hanle
DAY 7 HANLE TO MORIRI
  • After breakfast, we will ride from Hanle to tsomoriri. Enroute we will visit Hanle monestary and visit to Hanle Observatory if permitted.
  • Tso Moriri is a breathtaking alpine lake situated in the Changthang Plateau of Ladakh, India. It’s known for its stunning shades of blue, its remote and serene location, and its rich wildlife.

NOTE: if MIGLA Pass (19,400 ft) possible? Based on the road conditions we observed, attempting a MIGLA trip with a pillion rider would be challenging. Before heading to MIGLA, we will check the condition of the roads and the necessary permits. the condition of the road was terrible and are under construction . Some sections are incredibly steep, with an incline of up to 70°, making the descent just as difficult as the ascent.

DAY 8 TSOMORIRI TO LEH
  • Today we will start little early from Tsomoriri to Leh. On the way you can explore Chumathang (Hot Spring ). We will have lunch break at Upshi. After the lunch we will visit to Rancho School and thiksey monestary. Reach Leh in the evening. Explore local cafe at the Leh market at your own.
  • Overnight in hotel at Leh
DAY 9 LEH TO KARGIL
  • After a hearty breakfast, we set out for Kargil. The ride offers stunning views of the Moon Landscape near Lamayuru Monastery. Our journey continues, and we witness the magnificent confluence of the Zanskar and Indus Rivers at Sangam. En route, we visit the famous Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and the Hall of Fame museum.
  • The day concludes with a sumptuous dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Kargil.
DAY 10 KARGIL TO SRINAGAR
  • After a satisfying breakfast, we embark on the final leg of our journey to Srinagar. En route, we visit the Kargil War Memorial, honoring the brave soldiers who fought valiantly for our nation. Our next stop is the Mulbekh Monastery, where the captivating statue of "Chamba" carved over "Maitreya Buddha" awaits.
  • As we arrive in Srinagar, indulge in a delicious dinner at the hotel, cherishing the memories made throughout the trip.
DAY 11 DEPARTURE

With a heavy heart filled with cherished memories, it's time to bid farewell to Ladakh. After a satisfying breakfast, check out from the hotel, and our team will ensure your smooth transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
